The assistant did my cleaning hurt for two days , also had an appointment canceled way before the date scheduled because I canceled my appointment the day scheduled the Representative that answers the calls gives me issues every time I call to schedule an appointment. Would not recommend

Outstanding: from the front deck staff , the dental assistant and the dentist . They are wonderful .Another great visit. I’ve been going for a year. I’ve had fillings and cleanings. They are wonderful .

Genesis Community Dental is an incredible place. From the friendly receptionist to the skilled dental assistant and, of course, the knowledgeable doctor, everyone there is exceptional. They always take the time to answer all my questions and have never given me any issues. I’ve been a patient for a couple of years now and have had dental work done with and without insurance. They’ve always gone above and beyond to help me.

To start off, the dentist is amazing! Very friendly, personable and tells you exactly what’s going to happen next. But the assistant is TERRIBLE! She was an older women and she did my X-rays and then the floss+polish. X-rays took over 30min to complete because each angle of the teeth had to be taken 2-3x due to poor quality. Mind you, taking these X-rays are never fun for anyone and can be uncomfortable to painful. She kept jamming the thing to bite down on in my mouth and was not considerate of how painful that is. I had raw marks in my mouth from that experience for the next 2 days post that. At one point, she used my hand to hold the X-ray in place and not the stick because she couldn’t get the right angle. Flossing was normal. But the polish was horrible. I knew it would be rough when she directed the overhead light directly in my eyes and didn’t say anything about the displacement of that. She polish my teeth… barely and then forgot to wash off that gritty paste from my top front teeth line. She placed the fluoride right on top of the polish paste and I was sent home with the nasty gritty paste glued to my top teeth that I can’t wash off due to fluoride restrictions of no wate

I have been a patient since 2023, so my review is an honest one. I had a few services and paid for them. I was an established patient. Don't go here I paid for partial dentures since October and never received them. Every time I called they had issues scheduling me, I requested a different dentist since that one wasn't available and they didn't schedule me. They punish you if you cancel an appointment even ahead of time. They offered a refund and they said it was ok but never received the refund for the dentures either. I followed up a few times with no calls in return about my refund. Today I called and the receptionist said they have to figure out how much because they have to deduct some costs, I was never told that I wasn't getting the full amount of the refund. It is not a good place, I'm taking this to the Better Business Bureau and reporting it further. They treated me very badly there while trying to schedule to get my dentures. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY UPFRONT.
